Human Resources Generalist

In 2022, Caitlin transitioned from a successful career in banking to join Choice in Aging as our Human Resources Coordinator, bringing years of managerial expertise and a passion for people. Her commitment to advocacy and compassion is deeply personal: In high school, she cared for her mother through two battles with breast cancer, and while working in finance, Caitlin witnessed firsthand the exploitation of vulnerable adults. These experiences gave her a strong understanding of the struggles faced by our participants and their families, fueling her dedication to supporting the people we serve.

After being promoted to Human Resources Generalist, Caitlin is now pursuing her Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification and actively expanding her knowledge through ongoing professional development.
